In my very heart and soul, it is deeply embedded

"As I begin anew, I'll stay grounded and remember my roots."

Only a little time until I will be on my own and grow more mature, as I Start a new life in a new place, as we can see in the picture the candy organizers were empty indicating that we no longer buy supplies to sell because after graduation we will migrate into a new place.

I especially took the photo of our sari-sari store because it is something that I treasure the most. This sari-sari store helped me financially, and because of this I was able to survive and my family with our struggles. Although it may be a small store, it was enough for us, and there are many stories to be told about it that I will always cherish and will be embedded in my heart.

Photography is a way of capturing beautiful memories and can allow us to preserve precious moments in life. In this particular photo, taken at our Sari-sari store, every element has been captured with the right amount of appropriateness. Since the glass organizers are empty, we can fully appreciate the interplay of light and shadow. The light symbolizes new hope that is going to enter the new life and the shadow refers to only two things, memories and struggles. 

Space is also a critical element in this photo, with the arrangement of objects visible. The arrangement of glass organizers is arranged from Big to small so that when the viewers would know immediately where to look. The appropriateness of each element creates a great arrangement despite their differences. Making the picture more balanced in its way and pleasing to the eyes. The viewers will immediately know that this photo tells a whole unique story and it is not just a picture.  Due to the angle of the photo, we can see all the objects in detail, with the shadow on the background providing a striking contrast.
